Business Training & Services 商务培训和服务

The Confucius Institute offers access to a wide array of specialist expertise on different aspects of Chinese culture, business and society. We develop training programmes and workshops for individual or corporate needs.

As connections between organisations and individuals in Western Australia and China increase, awareness of culture differences has emerged as a vital factor in realising the potential of these connections.  The Confucius Institute at the University of Western Australia offers training for universities, government bodies, companies, organisations and individuals who work with Chinese people, have connections with China on a regular basis, and seek success in China. The training aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the rich and vast Chinese culture and how this is often reflected in the customs and behaviours of Chinese people.

We have developed a suite of nine training modules that can be mixed and matched to suit our clients’ needs. They cover language essentials, key facts about China, Cultural concepts, social norms and etiquette, visiting China, culture in practice, education systems and philosophy, the Chinese government system and doing business with China.

The following organisations have received special  cross-cultural training :

  • State Government – Office of Multicultural Interests
  • The University of Western Australia – various departments
  • BGC Contracting
  • Programmed Construction & Maintenance
